I've owned Suite 506, since 2006, it's a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath, right on the beach.
I'm in the process of downsizing. We have sold some of my condos at the beach and in Ohio, but with the benefits of long term income, I'm moving things around. I have bought two gorgeous one bedroom condos at the Island Vista. Both are direct ocean front, totally remodeled, and ready for your enjoyment. Technically, they will sleep 6 friendly people. Each condo has 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and a full size murphy bed in the living room. Both condos have full size appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher. Each have a washer and dryer, which is a huge bonus for a one bedroom.
Take a look at the pictures, and decide which one you want for your next vacation. Booking is even easier than before. I'm slowing down remember? I have assigned both of these tropical condos to the on- site resort operators and management company Island Vista. They have been in business for three generations and will take great care of you and they look forward to helping plan your next vacation. I've watched how Shelley who is part of the family ownership and management team, and the Island Vista crew take care of the resort for many years now. They do a fantanstic job, if they didn't I wouldn't take such a bold step.
So come enjoy the condos and 'all' the wonderful amenitites, pools, jacuzzis, tiki bar, restaurants, work out rooms and of course the best beach on the GOLDEN MILE of Myrtle Beach. Simply call the Island Vista at 855-732-6250.
Tell the reservation clerk you want to book Barb's condo, either 309 or 1213, they will take care of you just like I always have. You need to book right away, because this resort sells out most of the season, I can not promise that you will get my specific condo, but if I have availabilty, it will be yours to enjoy. IF I don't have anything available, possibly another date will work, or you will also have the oppoturnity to book another owners condo, trust me, there are NO BAD CONDOS at the Island Vista.
I'm spending a lot more time there myself, so maybe I'll get to see you on the beach!

"This was an amazing property (IV 506). The owners did a great job of decorating the condo to make it really feel like your home. The location is great and the condo building itself is fantastic. With the private beach, outdoor pool and the amazing indoor pool, there is always something to do. Plus with the restaurant/bars in the condo, you always have quick access to food and beverage. "We had a wonderful stay In Beach Cove 520. The condo is in a great location, close to all of the attractions yet in a quieter area. The views are gorgeous from the balcony, overlooking the beautiful pools and beach. My husband, 2 teenage daughters and I stayed here and had plenty of room and found the condo to have everything we needed. Having the keypad entry was also an added luxury! The owner, Barb was great to work with and quick to respond to my emails. We would definitely stay here again!"

We stayed in Barb's Unit 506 from March 20 thru March 30, 2021. This is the cleanest, most beautiful, and spacious condo we have ever stayed in. The view was oceanfront and spectacular. The condo was decorated very tastefully and we felt right at home while we were there. The Island Vista pools, lazy river and hot tubs were clean and beautiful as well. We would recommend the unit 506 for anyone considering going to Myrtle Beach for a few days, a week or a month for a vacation.
