We bought our beach home in 2006. We spend a lot of time at our second home on the beach, and love sharing with our family and friends.

Situated on the prestigious GOLDEN MILE, our condo is located on the fifth floor, with three bedrooms, (2 king bedrooms and one queen bedroom) three-bathrooms the condo will provide your family a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from the master bedroom, the living room, the dining room, and even the kitchen as you prepare meals for your family in the fully-equipped kitchen.
The Island Vista boasts the best and cleanest pools on the strand, with beautiful sun decks for your pleasure. Up to eight people can be accommodated in two king-size beds, one queen-size bed, and a sofa bed.

Myrtle Beach golf courses are manicured and ready for every golfing enthusiast. The shopping has never been better. Take a stroll down the brand new boardwalk, ride the ferris wheel, fish off the pier or just watch the boats on the horizon. Relax in the our zero gravity chairs, bistro table or the rocking chairs on our oceanfront balcony! Enjoy the antics of the dolphins as they play in the surf. Create with your children and grandchildren sand castles on the beach. Build some memories that will last forever.
This is a non-smoking property. We rent to families and individuals 25 years of age and older.
Two parking passes will be provided. Beach toys, boogie boards and a beach umbrella with 2 chairs are available for use during your stay.
In town for a CONVENTION? The Convention Center is only 3.2 miles from your vacation home. A beautiful 3 bedroom condo on the beach– is so much nicer than just a hotel room! NOTE: We network with several other Island Vista property owners. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding accommodating larger groups.
Our home offers a luxury lifestyle and it is exquisite! Decorated with a tropical West Indies flare. We’ve added so many extras (like a lazy boy recliner) that you do not get when you rent from a management company! This is truly our 2nd home and we want it to become your vacation home too!
Our home is located on the fifth floor right in the heart of the resort. Parking is also available on the 5th floor so there is no need to tip BELLMEN or mess with elevators!!!!
